SharePoint Saturday DC–Aug 11-13th

It seems there are quite a few folks heading out to the SP Saturday “The Conference” in the DC area next week. If you’re planning on going, it’s never too late to register. You can go here to get more information about the event and to register. The details on the event are:

Girish Raja and I are heading out there to talk up SharePoint and the cloud. In fact, for those that are attending, you can check out:

- The SharePoint and Windows Azure workshop, which will provide you with a day-long introduction to building apps that extend across SharePoint and Windows Azure. We’ll have giveaways too!

- The keynote session that will cover how SharePoint is evolving in and on the cloud.

- Girish’s breakouts, which will cover integrating HTML5 and SharePoint
