Issues with Galleries - Mitigated

We have experienced an issue with galleries sites between Thursday, Oct 15 2015 11:40 PM UTC and Friday, Oct 16 2015 12:00 AM  UTC.

The issue has since been mitigated and DevOps teams are actively investigating to prevent any recurrence.
