Issues with MSDN Subscription Product downloads 03/05 - Mitigated

The download service came back online at ~10:30AM (UTC) and is stable at this time.  All teams are fully engaged in determining the RCA of this issue as it impacted a number of services beyond MSDN.

The service that provides our download capability on MSDN Subscriptions is still experiencing severe network congestion between the front-end and data-tier machines.  That team is fully engaged and treating this as a Pri 0 issue.  We do not currently have an ETA but will provide an update here as soon as new, relevant information is available.

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with product downloads. Where customers might get error intermittently when try to download products from Subscription page.

Dev-Ops is investigating the issue and actively working on mitigation. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
