Several functions of the www.visualstudio.com site and Visual Studio client are not working as expected. Experiences include sign into Visual Studio Client, downloading Visual Studio bits from www.visualstudio.com or Creating a Visual Studio Online account.

We have engaged the partner teams and are investigating the issue. Users can download Visual Studio from the Microsoft Download Center at www.microsoft.com/downloads
