[Mitigated] Code Galleries experiencing intermittent longer load times & timeouts

We believe we've isolated the issue to a specific SQL node experiencing issues. We've performed a failover, and are seeing response times normalize. We are continuing the investigation, but for now, we believe the impact has been mitigated.

We're aware of an issue where Code Gallery pages may intermittently take longer to load, or time out entirely. We're actively working on it, and will provide updates via this blog post.
