DEMO and State Department in Roadshow to Tap Entrepreneurial Talent in Africa

Microsoft BizSpark is priming entrepreneurs in Africa for a massive startup conference we are doing with Nokia, State Department and our partners DEMO in late October. Registration opened yesterday  for two events going on in Kampala and Dar es Salaam this next week that inform entrepreneurs on how to apply to demonstrate their talents at the upcoming DEMO Africa forum in Nairobi.

These events are part mixer and part info session, and are meant to connect entrepreneurs to a State Department-led Initiative led by DEMO and sponsored by Nokia and Microsoft, among others.

The DEMO Africa team will be at the Hive Colab in Kampala in Africa on Friday the 27th July to meet with innovators, entrepreneurs and startups from Uganda and at the Technohama in Dar es Salaam on 1st August.
