What is your company’s mission?
Level the playing field of achieving goals.

Helps users achieve goals using collective intelligence, collaborative mentoring, and smart decision tools tailored individually.
How did you get the idea for your company?
In October 2008 impacted by the financial crisis I did something I had never done before. I went to a desert island for solitude and reflection. I asked myself I am PhD in rocket science, former senior business and IT executive, academic, inventor and patent holder, traveled the world twice over how can I capitalize on the knowledge and quarter century of experience to come up with something that can make a difference. That is when IamINC was conceived.
Tell us about your funding history. Are you currently looking for funding? If so, how much?
We have been self as well as friends and family funded to date. We are looking for Round 1 funding from $3 to $6 million.
How many employees do you have? How many developers?
We have a team of 14 FT/PT individuals of which 3 FT and 2 PT developers are offshore. (No onshore developers.)
Are you hiring?If yes, what are you hiring for and where?
We will as soon as we are funded.
Which platform are you building on?Why?
.NET 4.0, ASP.NET MVC2, WCF, Entity Framework 4 and jQuery on client side – affordability, flexibility, and ubiquity.
Where do you see opportunities today in the Software/Internet area?
Building and capitalizing on wisdom of masses, global social collaboration across the boundaries, smart decision making tools, and integration of the two silos of business intelligence and individuals collective intelligence.
What do you think about the BizSpark Program?
It can play an important role in supporting and promoting a start-up.
Do you have any advice for young Software entrepreneurs?
Set clear goals, celebrate the milestones, stay absolutely focused, forge ahead with passion and fuel it with optimism, and never be governed by fear.
