Tell us who you are and your role in the company:
I am the founder and currently CEO of MMM.
What did you do before creating your company?
Founder and CEO of Facility Management Company.
How do you feel being the most promising ‘Startup of the Day’ per Microsoft BizSpark?
It is a great honor and privilege to be chosen as "Startup of the day". The collaboration with Microsoft is an exciting journey that allows us to learn and strive for continuous excellence together with a Leading company that serves for us as a Role Model.
What is your company’s mission?
To be the leading and most innovative solutions provider in the areas which we operate.
In 140 characters or less, tell us what your company does:
A Web, Cellular and PC based solution application that enable improved management of infrastructures and assets, effectively integrating the end user in real time.
How did you get the idea for your company?
The idea was elaborated out of the real daily life needs. Develop and implement a tool which will allow customers to have a unique service experience with online services, immediate availability and response time.
Tell us about your funding history. Are you currently looking for funding? If so, how much?
We are on our earlier steps and until now our activities and funding are derived from Michlol Solutions Ltd. We are open for potential business cooperation, funding and other options that will allow us to push forward our vision and provide to organizations our tool and by that show them the possibilities of increasing their effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
How many employees do you have? How many developers?
5 employees, 3 developers.
Are you hiring?If yes, what are you hiring for and where?
At this stage not hiring but based on the growth of our company we will probably do so.
Which platform are you building on?Why?
Cloud, CRM Dynamics, .NET, Cellular and devices which provides the best all around solution for today and future business needs.
Where do you see opportunities today in the Software/Internet area?
Social networks and its potential, software tools like MMM that can accelerate the process of effective management of service/assets /infrastructure allowing cost savings, improved online communication. MMM and similar solutions provide mobile help desk and also can push forward making the concept of smart cities/organizations become a reality.
What do you think about the BizSpark Program?
BizSpark program has been an exciting and helpful platform for our business and we thank all MS colleagues involved who made us aware of it potential and helped us connect and be part of such program.
Do you have any advice for young Software entrepreneurs?
INTEGRITY! BE true to yourself, always be open to new ideas, listen, listen, listen! Make sure you don’t run too fast that you forget to learn in the way some basic rules in life that later on can cost you much more (or might even be too late…).
Who’s your role model?
I read a lot about Bill Gates who served as an inspiration to me, and TOYOTA's service philosophy and models served as a ground for the way we execute and operate. In addition, since I was a kid I always admired people who "started from nothing" with a solid dream, high integrity/ethical standards and commitment which ultimately lead them to achievement of their visions. Such people I see in many areas next to me and it is always a pleasure to exchange our mutual experiences.
What’s the ONE THING you would like readers to take away from this interview?
Everything is possible. Don’t stop dreaming and no matter what was your background in the past, if you have a vision and passion, believe in yourself and that's it. You just need patience and along with your commitment you will get there.
