Somebody please sort this thing

Have you ever looked at the remote connection options in windows and thought that there is something off about the order of the options listed there. Here is the dialog:

You have the most secure>less secure> more secure. Or if you look it at another way it is No connections>All connections>Some connections. That to me is just weird. I'm sure there must be a perfectly valid reason for the ordering but that doesn't make it less weird. The only reason I can think of is that you put the two most popular options up front and then the rest to follow which might be a good usability technique for some people. Whereas some others like me would look at the first option and then jump down to the last one realizing they need full control.
