Use the ISA Server Cache Directory Tool (CacheDir.exe) to view real-time cache contents, save information about the current cache contents to a file, and mark obsolete items that should not be served from the cache.

The ISA Server Cache Directory Tool accesses information about the contents of the ISA Server 2006 cache. You can use this tool to view the current (real-time) contents of the cache, to create a file that lists the contents of the cache at a particular time, and to mark items as obsolete so that they will not be served from the cache.
