You cannot specify a path statement that ends in a wildcard character when you create a Web publishing rule in ISA Server 2004 (900919)

Fixes a problem in which ISA Server 2004 does not allow for wildcard characters in the path if the character is not preceded by a forward slash. To resolve this problem, apply the hotfix that is mentioned in the article.
