SQL Server 2008 RTM CU9 Packages Were Uploaded In Place Of SQL Server 2008 SP1 CU6

Dear SQL Server 2008 SP1 Customers,

On Monday, January 18th, 2009 the SQL Server 2008 RTM CU 9 package were uploaded in place of the SQL Server 2008 SP1 CU 6 packages.  The SQL Sustained Engineering team has immediately removed the packages from public download and is in the process of uploading the new packages. Please note, only the SQL Server 2008 SP1 CU6 packages for x86, x64 and IA64 are affected.

For customers who obtained the original packages there is no impact to their SQL Server 2008 SP1 environment.  When the new SQL Server 2008 SP1 CU 6 packages are available a re-download of the new package will be required.

We apologize for the in-convenient that may have caused, and anticipate the new SQL Server 2008 SP1 CU 6 packages available within the next few hours.
