About Us

Our team within the SQL Server Product Group is focused on supporting on premise SQL Server and VM hosted SQL instances. The team partners with customer support (CSS) to investigate and debug critical customer issues, drive supportability features to improve diagnostics and tooling in the product and engages with customers through direct and virtual connections. The team is also responsible for engineering and delivery of fixes to critical customer issues through different release channels such as cumulative updates and service packs.
