SQL Express Beta 2 available now!

As of this morning SQL Express Beta 2 is available for download from https://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/express/sql/.  Before upgrading please follow all the steps listed on the download page or at https://blogs.msdn.com/sqlexpress/archive/2004/07/21/190738.aspx as upgrading from the Tech Preview can be complicated.
