Just downloaded the Beta 2 version and was wondering if the Management Tools were added or not? If so where are they, I still only have Computer Manager under SQL Server 2005 in my program files. I opted to install everything there was when asked.

Any help on this would be great.

  4. Euan Garden says:

The current goal is to ship an early version of Express Manager (XM) later in August, it will be included as part of the next Beta as well.

I’d suggest trying to get support through the Sql Server Express newsgroup at http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?ICP=sqlserver2005&sLCID=us. However, it appears as though there was already a setup running at the time you tried to install. Please try again or if that doesn’t succeed, reboot.
