Today we have launched a new competition: The Video Creation Competition. In order to win what you need to do is create a video which demonstrates Microsoft technologies or products. The video can be from 30 sec to 5 min in length, and you need to submit it online using an online video hosting site like YouTube. Once you have put your video online you need to then add a link on the MSDevSA Facebook site. You can stand a chance to win a Ticket to DevDays 2011 in Johannesburg or Cape Town as well as possibly have your video shown at the event. The terms and conditions can be found here. Good luck!

The other competition update is the Windows Phone 7 Competition mentioned earlier this year is now accepting entries. There have been a couple updates to the competition especially around the deadline, it has been moved out to June. This is to give people who wish to compete more time to develop their applications.
