SP2 converts MOSS into trial version - known issue
Not sure if you are already aware about this issue: a couple of clients just reported that installing SP2 will convert MOSS installations into trial versions.
I have verified on our own machines and can confirm that SP2 indeed converts to trial version.

The good news is that just entering the old license key fixes the issue.
