Strategy + tactics = success

I was getting ready to speak in front of a large group recently and was looking for something to illustrate the point about how having a good business strategy followed by a great execution capability is critical for any business to be successful.  I came across this quote from Sun Tzu, who is considered one of the best strategists that I liked so much that I wanted to share with you all.  Here it is:

“Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory…

Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.”

Namaste!
