ERR: MMS(4828): libutils.cpp(10475) - SPS 2010 Sync Profile services doesn't work

Nel mio ultimo incontro - scontro con la fantastica accoppiata SPS 2010 / FIM per quel che riguarda la sincronizzazione dei profili utente, ho riscontrato questo errore:

Ovviamente i file c'erano infatti il problema era un altro:

mancavano i permessi per l'account di servizio che DEVE essere inserito anche su: FIMSyncOperator, FIMSyncJoiners e FIMSyncBrowse
