The "Iron Architect" is my…

book editor.  Really he is.

He's really not this serious all of the time!

My good friend and very talented architect – Matthew Roche won yesterday’s Iron Architect competition at TechEd 2007 in Orlando.  I think I am going to get a shirt that says, “I survived the Iron Architect”, hm…maybe not.

Congratulations on a well-deserved victory!

Oh, and, by the way, Matthew’s agreed to appear as a guest on my new webcast series – geekSpeak.  So, if you’d like ask him ‘how he did it’ – just tune in to the MSDN webcast on Wednesday, July 25th at noon PST – the link to register will be posted on the geekSpeak blog next week –

  1. Matthew says:

Um… I think you meant to say "really he is" in your first sentence, Lynn. Please fix for TR2.

  2. Dick Carlson says:

…and I knew him back when he was just a humble lad in Syracuse.

Congratulations to both of you!  It’s amazing how your lives have improved after working with me.

Matthew – you know I just had to throw a ridiculous typo in there for ‘blah, blah, blah’ + ‘copy and past actual text here’ old times sake. 🙂
