Can you use Bing Maps with LightSwitch?  Here is a entry (which I only read and didn’t test, so no guarantees):

Really can’t add more except that I had to really search for that page through the Bing map web site (https://www.bing.com/community ), it didn’t appear through Bing Search or that other search engine.

I would recommend that you follow the instructions and see how to use the  Bing Map Silverlight Control, LightSwitch and Visual Studio.  Keep in mind that this whole thing is done using only one purchased tool: LightSwitch, which is free for 90 days.

It is pretty close to other map oriented data products that cost thousands of dollars!
