Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 Solution Accelerators deliver additional benefits for Windows Server System environments by delivering Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and IT Infrastructure Library–based best practices and prescriptive guidance for handling patch management and software update processes. The solution accelerators focus on assessing, identifying, planning, and deploying patches to the Microsoft platform using SMS 2003/SMS 2003 SP1. In addition, the solution accelerators align with the Changing Quadrant as explained in the MOF Executive Overview.
