It’s been a few weeks now since getting VOIP installed through SunRocket and things are going well. The package was delivered as planned, incoming phone calls were enabled when they said they would be (10 days after connection), and I’ve found call quality to be generally good. I’ve really only had a couple of minor issues (once where an international call wouldn’t go through the first time and an occasion when the quality of a local call was “cellphone-ish”).
Other than that, it’s been really good so far. I’m still waiting for CallerID to be enabled for incoming calls. Once this is sorted, I’ll be moving by existing land-line phone number across and saying goodbye to that monthly bill!
