I/us/we vs you/them/those @#$#@$!

Well here I am, a new Microsoft employee/Former MVP. I'm a Program Manager for the .NET Micro Framework. This role is a new twist on my already convoluted career path that I'm rather excited about. I'm very excited about the Micro Framework and embedded systems in general. I thought a lot of things would make life "interesting" here, but the big surprise was getting used to the idea of referring to Microsoft in the first person! I can't just say "you", "them" or "those <insert expletive here>" anymore! I am Microsoft now. I've been here as a contractor for about 4 months and just converted to a full employee and even after that time I still find myself talking about customers experiences and expectations while using "I" since I've been one for so long.
