Anouncing the FusionWare.SPOT library

The FusionWare.SPOT library is now available on codeplex . This library began it's life as part of the SDK for the Tahoe Development kit from EmbeddedFusion (Now owned by Device Solutions). While it always had a BSD like license associated with it, that was not always obvious since it was bound into the Tahoe SDK. So, with the transfer to Device Solutions the ownership of these libraries landed in the hands of Telliam Consulting LLC. (Telliam is a simple legal entity to maintain the ownership of the FusionWare software that is now being placed on CodePlex). There are a number of useful classes in the FusionWare.SPOT libraries including:

  • Support for creating device drivers for devices attached to SPI and I2C buses
  • Enhancements to simplify creation of custom emulators
  • Classes for serial streams, MemoryStream and much much more!
