Low Cost eBook: Windows Phone 7 Developer Guide
I have reviewed this book and it is worth the trouble, and truly worth the low price. If you can get to download on your Kindle it would be good read for the summer vacation, after any fiction book. This is the type of thing you need to read to be able to successfully create useful games.
This low cost eBook has a great set of samples that you can modify for use in applications that you could modify and then possibly put up for sell.on AppHub
There is an extensive amount of discussion about the use of Azure with the Windows Phone.
