Software Release: EasyBarcode 1.2

This is a quick post to let you all know that I have just released EasyBarcode Version 1.2. The main change in this release is the added support for additional output formats which include GIF, BMP, PNG, JPG, TGA, WMF and EMF.

 

EasyBarcode is a little tool for publishers which allows the generation of EAN barcodes. Here is a rough list of the features included in EasyBarcode:

 

  • Generate EAN barcodes for both ISBN and ISBN-13 numbers
  • Built-in ISBN validation to ensure the numbers input are valid
  • Generates barcodes which also include the ISBN information and the optional price UPC-5 supplement
  • Exports barcodes to PDF, GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF and WMF files for easy inclusion in your layouts and projects
