SCSM UR8 release date

UPDATE: The portal is released but has an important hotfix: https://blogs.msdn.com/b/scstr/archive/2016/01/01/important-hotfix-for-the-new-html-based-self-service-portal.aspx

UR8 for SCSM 2012 R2 will be released on 10 Nov 2015, which will include the new HTML based Self Service Portal.
