This shows that something went wrong in the SCSM Data Warehouse environment. Several things may have caused problems. Please log on the DW management server.
At first, check that the 3 System Center windows services required for SCSM DW are running.
- System Center Data Access Service
- System Center Management Configuration
- System Center Management (If you have SCSM 2012 R2 then this service has been renamed to Microsoft Monitoring Agent)
Please also ensure that all these windows services are set to Automatic as their Startup Type.
Secondly, open Event Viewer and navigate to “Applications and Services Logs” > “Operations Manager”. Filter for Warnings and Errors. Look in event details to find out the root cause of the problem.
