Are you interested?  Well, there is an excellent post by Ed Hild that goes into a soup to nuts description of everything you need.  The post covers SPS2003 specifically but I have used it for MOSS as well.  There are other descriptions out there but this one is the most comprehensive I've seen,.....screen shots and everything.
