Internally, my job title is "Program Manager". I am principally responsible for ensuring that Microsoft and SAP deliver upon the many commitments that were made to our customers in the Interoperability Agreement that was announced at SAPPHIRE in 2004. I am also responsible for the continued, 'steady hum' of collaboration between Microsoft's and SAP's product groups.
