Supporting Custom tags in Sandcastle

Sandcastle supports C# (and VB) xml tags for developer documentation comments. The list of c# tags are available at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/5ast78ax.aspx. Generating friendly HTM file names from Sandcastle

Sandcastle generates GUID file names for HTM. With the release of November CTP you can generated friendly HTM names.
