Make sure sharing is turned on
If its a printer, you can try using Advanced printer setup
Check Bluetooth is turned on in your PC Settings
Double check your devices bluetooth settings are correct and turned on
Make sure all your network devices are turned on
Try using a built in troubleshooter
Double check with the device maker to make sure you have all the latest drivers etc
