Why isn't Windows finding my device?

1. Make sure sharing is turned on

2. If it is a printer try Advanced printer setup…

3. Make sure Bluetooth is on your PC

4. Make sure your devices are on and discoverable

5. Check network devices are turned on

6. Try one of the inbuilt troubleshooters

7.Double check with the manufacturer for updates etc..

8. Check out the hardware and drivers community forum
