1. Make sure the latest updates are installed on your PC Windows automatic updating: Frequently asked questions.  
2. Make sure the app is up todate. update the app
3. Sync any app licenses if applicable sync the app license
4. Reinstall the app reinstall app
5. Also try contacting the apps publisher  apps publisher support link
6. Post questions to the Windows forum to get answers from other people that use Windows.

    trying to turn off a friends computer at the side and screen went blank and can't get screen back up can turn on and off but that is all all black screen
