My Windows Store Apps #3–CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre)

I have in the past talked about the various customised Internet Explorer browsers for CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre) here in the UK.  Well now there is a dedicated Windows Store app

*****Disclaimer up front…”I am in no way connected to the developer, have no vested interest in the app (except wanting to in this case showcase a great app) and am making no gain whatsoever by this posting, neither have I been asked to promote the app by anybody”*****

CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre)

“The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) is a UK police agency dedicated to protecting children from harm both online and in the real world. CEOP has a unique, holistic approach to tackling child sexual abuse and exploitation. In addition to tracking offenders wherever they may be and bringing them to account, CEOP also provides advice and guidance to help children of all ages stay safe online and is active in sharing best practice techniques with the wider child protection community. This app provides quick and easy access to online safety information and advice from CEOP, including our range of engaging and award-winning education films, our websites and social media channels.”

Not only is this app for a good cause, but it also has some great videos and other resources/advice.
