I love my Kinect (almost as much as my 5 year old). I got sent the following great video from my German colleague Christian that runs the German language WindowsZone blog of some interactive art using Kinect

State of the art technology allowed shoppers to take control of the iconic Stachus gate; bringing the ancient medieval structure to life by jumping, dancing, waving and gyrating. Kinect - you are the controller.”
