Microsoft Customer Service on Twitter
Hot on the heels of the UK Windows on twitter post from earlier is the news of this new account @MicrosoftHelps
“We’re the official Twitter account for Microsoft Customer Service and we’re here to help you find answers and to help escalate your issues!”
This is hopefully a fantastic initiative by Microsoft and I just hope they don’t get overloaded with too many support requests.
