‘From among the 60+ participants , the individual rankings of each of the judges, viz. Ed Bott , Rafael Rivera , Steve Sinchak , Paul Schottland , Lowell Heddings , Emil Protalinski , Howard Lo , Corrine Chorney , James Fisher & myself , was taken and added together to arrive at the following shortlist of 10 websites, mentioned below in no particular order:
