Near-Earth Asteroid visible with Binoculars

For those of you living in the Southern Hemisphere, some parts of Europe and Asia: The LINEAR asteroid survey found an asteroid that is passing within 3.4 Earth diameters around 5:08PM EST. So, those of you with a nice pair of binoculars or a telescope go outside and have a look and let me know if you see it!
