I didn't pay much attention to Windows PowerShell when it was known by its codename,  Monad. Shortly after it received the PowerShell name, I started experimenting with it. Of course, James Manning is moon leaps ahead of me. He created a PowerShell script that uses SQL Server Management Objects (SMO) to monitor the Team Foundation Server database jobs.
