Andy Patrizio has an article on SDTimes.com about the use of Team Foundation Server at EDS, which was an early adopter of Team Foundation Server.  

“For the most part, they have met their objectives with this release,” said Aaron Kowall, chief technologist for EDS. “Really, from the beginning, it was around expanding the role in the software life cycle from being purely developer-centric to encompassing architects, testers and project management. They’ve been very successful at delivering the functions they set out to deliver in that role,” and at having everything work as initially promised, he said.
