On ‘Broken’ HTML Help Files

This is just a reminder for those who download an HTML Help (.CHM) file from Microsoft Downloads (e.g., theTeam Foundation Installation Guide) that you need to unblock the CHM file before you can view its contents.

    They really need to improve on that.  The HTML Help Viewer should check to see if it’s a blocked file and ask you whether to open it, rather than the "silent" failure that happens right now (the Cannot find server page).
