Update - New MSF Agile Prerelease Available

Update 2 - We had to go back to the original version of MSF
Agile while we investigate some bugs that may hinder evaluation of the most
recent release.

OOPSLA

Microsoft has a contingent heading north of the border to Vancouver, British
Columbia this week for the 19th Annual ACM Conference on Object-Oriented
Programming, Systems, Languages, and Applications (aka OOPSLA).
