My co-worker Kirk Evans has posted a great walkthrough on how to embed Silverlight 2 into your Office SharePoint Server 2007site.  Please check it out at this link.  What's very convenient is that the walkthrough uses a VPC available for download so you don't have to worry about setting up a SharePoint Server 2007 site.
