Galway ICT Productivity Conference: 12th Oct for Devs, Architects, IT Professionals

ITAGThe Galway ICT Productivity Conference, which will take place on Thursday October the 12th, promises top-class speakers for Developers, Architects and IT Professionals.  The theme of the day is ‘Increasing Productivity through Technology,' which is looked at from three perspectives during three parallel tracks:

Developers explore Visual Studio Team System and Team Foundation Server, through presentations by Eric Lee (Product Manager for Team Foundation Server), Martin Woodward (TFS Interoperability expert, working with Teamprise) and Darren Jefford (application development consultant).

Architects will be treated to Christian Nagel, a well-known .NET architect, who will discuss service oriented architectures with .NET 3.0.

IT Professionals get a practical, hands-on day of Vista, Exchange 2007 and Office 2007, led by 3 Microsoft Ireland experts: Mark O'Neill, Gavin Guinane, and Dave Northey.

The event costs €95 euros for the day, and takes place at Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill, Galway.  The event is presented by the Information Technology Association of Galway (ITAG) and the Galway Chamber of Commerce, in association with Microsoft Ireland.

I definitely look forward to this event; the challenge for me will be choosing which of the three great tracks I want to attend the most!
