Ireland .Net Developers Conference - 3rd and 4th of May - Tentative Agenda

INDC Next week, on the 3rd and 4th of May, four of our technical communities - the ICS, INDA, IrishDev, and NIMTUG - are joining forces to host their largest .NET developer conference ever at the Morrison Hotel in Dublin. If you're a developer, a project manager, a technical architect or a company director, or in some other way involved in software development, then the Ireland .Net Developers Conference is for you.

We are delighted to be welcoming Scott Guthrie, co-founder and one of the lead architects of Microsoft's ASP.NET, who will deliver a keynote address, and also present on Microsoft's new Atlas technologies for rapidly developing rich browser-based applications.

Scott will be joined by a host of local experts who will cover such diverse topics as: BizTalk, Windows Communications Foundation ("Indigo"), Windows Presentation Foundation ("Avalon"), the upcoming Linq extensions to the .NET languages, SQL Server 2005 development, Team Foundation Server, and collaborative development software using techniques such as Agile.

In addition to the lectures, a series of hands-on labs will take place throughout the day at the New Horizons training centre adjacent to the Morrison.  Some of these are instructor-led, and others are based on content from the recent Mix06 conference!  Hint: if you're attending the labs, you should bring along a memory stick so that you can take some of this vast content home with you as well!

The cost for the event is 50 euro, which will help cover the cost of the venue, speaker accommodation, food, and receptions.

More information on the event will be available on our weblogs, or you can register yourself by heading directly to the ICS page .

I'm very much looking forward to next week and hope to see you there!
