Installing Silverlight Tools (without internet)

Using a computer with internet connection to download the following:

• Silverlight 3 Beta Runtime - Silverlight.3.0_Developer.exe
• Silverlight 3 Tools for VS2008 SP1 - (Link) Silverlight3_Tools.exe

When Silverlight3_Tools.exe is being executed the first time on the server, there may be errors during installation. Click Finish to terminate the installation process. Then Copy the Silverlight3.0_Developer.exe and Silverlight3_Tools.exe files under the following folder:

 C:\Documents and Settings\[user account]\Local Settings\Temp\1\Silverlight 3.0 Tools Beta 1

Then click Silverlight3_Tools.exe to reinstall without internet connection.
