.NET Framework 3.0 (formerly WinFX) Release Candidate is out!

Today is Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, and I wondering what to write. It's not for lack of new exciting updates, it is just the matter of their confidentiality. One thing I can say though: .NET Framework 3.0 (formerly WinFX) RC (Release Candidate) has been released to the public today! It is available at:  https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=19E21845-F5E3-4387-95FF-66788825C1AF&displaylang=en

For more info on running and developing .NET Framework 3.0 Applications, please see: https://msdn.microsoft.com/windowsvista/downloads/products/getthebeta/

On Vista with Aero Glass, the graphics are dazzlingly awesome. Hope you'll love it as much as I do. :-)

Also official news: Windows Vista RC1 is complete as of this morning! According to https://blogs.technet.com/windowsvista/, it should be out to MSDN and TechNet subscribers next week. The thing I like the most about Vista RC1 is the huge improvement to performance, now almost equivalent to that of XP's. I'm happily running Vista RC1 on my office machines now, and I'm looking forward to RTM.
