This is only funny if you believe that there are stupid questions and you believe that people should be required by law to Read The "Fine" Manual before they're allowed to speak to you.
Sometimes they should be required by law to read it twice and pass the certification exam first!
Of course, it may not be funny to you if you've never had to work in a technical support role.
